The Morning After

Milton has come and gone. It is now just a (Cat 1) and exiting FL on the east coast.
Goodbye Milton.
Minimal adverse effects. I lost power at 12:10AM and it was restored at 4:15AM.
Thank you, FPL.
I'm not aware of any structural problems, but I have to wait for daylight for that.
My sympathy for all who experienced damage or injury.

glad so far so good for you. Lost power here perhaps about 6 times, but never more than a minute. Drawback to that, the waiting for the WiFi and cable to reset/reboot! If thats the worst I got from all this, i consider i got off easy! Like you, waiting for daylight to venture around the property. After Helene, i had to gather up over 30 palm fronds and other debris. As long as none or minimal damage i am good and hope the same for you. Still under a Flood Warning until 9 am. Take care

Sounds like good news for both of us.
Hang in there.

I'm a bit surprised this morning that Milton has already crossed Florida, and is now out in the Atlantic. Apparently, the storm picked up speed once it came ashore?
