Now normally when a member blogs about such topics people naturally assume they're talking about men..

Now as much as I'm a true crime fan..
I know better than to talk about certain elements on alt.

It's weird having a day off..
I worked into October...worked through the cold and heat.
45hr weeks without failure
And now...I have 240hrs of pto..
Instead of being overjoyed..
I realize how broken down I am...
Even my hair got whiter and thinner.
240hr...and instead of rejoicing..
I will be reflecting...
Bravely mending myself and putting on a new coat of paint..

As I watched a youtube trailer for an upcoming game..
You'd think the game developers ( suckerpunch)..
Had me pegged....I'm a white male that loves games, I'm an outschool gamer, I love Japan, Japanese culture..
And it's a fighting game!!!
Like literally just take my money..
You obviously know your market and are successful...

The game developers ( suckerpunch) is filled with activist..
But okay...it's just a game...if it's a good game then why do I care about the politics,agenda of this company..

But wtf??? Part of this stems from lifting wrong, lifting too much,having poor core muscles...or most likely..
I don't wear a weight lifting belt...which would support my core..
I don't want to come off as a gym bro and claim I can lift huge weights..
But for a 55 yr old..I can bench 225,leg press 350,I can bb shrug 350lbs,db press 75lb dumbbells etc.
Which isn't mind blowing..but not bad..for an old dude at planet fitness
My point today is maybe...your not getting " fat"...maybe..your body isn't in harmony and your stressing your ab muscles if your lifting big or incorrectly...
Something to chew on..esp as a guy...
This condition is normally seen as a woman that has given birth thing...
But even bodybuilding legend Ronnie Coleman suffers through it...
In his case the ab muscles seperation is super obvious cause he had very little body fat..
On you..it might look like you ate the whole menu at taco bell and now are super bloated..
Either way..it might explain why some power lifters look fat..
To me this makes sense..I don't really work on my core..
But my traps,shoulders,triceps,chest,legs are strong..
Picking up 350lbs on a bb rack or 75lbs dbs off a rack to do shrugs...maybe fucking up my abs that are forced to adapt to these stresses..
Maybe I'm not bloated..
And just need a belt

Long story short..
The 2nd driver came Sunday after the Saturday dustup..

I posted in a gay group on fet this topic...
Can we get beyond stereotypes?..
I asked....why can't Hollywood give us heros who are gay instead of giving us gay heros..why does being GAY have to be the heroes defining characterist.
I also stated that movies usually don't dwell on the sexuality of the straight male hero...if anything it's not part of the plot or is just filler...say James bond getting with a woman.
I pointed out the companies like Disney go out of their way for diversity. Even to the extent of race swapping or out right replacing a male character for the newer female version..
If this is justified so some non ADULT in the audience can see the little mermaid that looks like her..
Then why can't disney,the wb etc give me a gay character that represents me.

Sooo yeah...had a Nebraska furniture Mart truck back into my driveway at 8 am...
They were supposed to call first...didnt..they texted and everyone was asleep.
The salesperson at nfm said..yep you have everything you need..don't worry...wink wink
The delivery guys show up....

And they can't deliver/ install the unit..take the old unit away
