According to the Urban Dictionary, teabagging is a "sexual act where a males testicles are dipped in and out of the partners mouth" like "how a teabag is used while making a cup of tea."

The way I view it and based on your exerpt from urban dictionary, I've had nuts dipped in my mouth in a teabag fashion and it was ok. Didn't do anything for me, but it wasn't awful (they were shaved well which does matter in this context). None of the times did the man "sit" on my face. Sometimes I had my head off the edge of the bed and they dipped them in my mouth for me to suck and then shifted to let me suck/lick their cock. Other times I was in more of a 69 position with them knelt over me and just due to positioning, I was more or less teabagged.
There are different teabagging positions other than a man sitting on a woman's face. So it sounds as if you've been well and truly teabagged!

Of those who have given or received a tribute, men significantly enjoy giving a tribute more than women enjoy receiving a tribute. Though, the vast majority of men liked giving a tribute, women are very divided on the issue - about a half liked the tribute but the other half were either indifferent or didn't like the tribute.
Of those who haven't given or received a tribute, the majority of both men and women didn't want to give or receive a tribute.
From the comments a useful distinction was made by several women between receiving a tribute from a lover and from a stranger and between receiving a solicited and unsolicited tribute. An unsolicited tribute is likely not to be taken as a tribute. It seems unsolicited tributes are the equivalent to the unsolicited and ubiquitous dick pics.
The poll isn't at all representative of either the whole population or even the membership here. The poll is just reflective of those who responded.

I like my cock sucked, and my balls licked. If a woman takes my balls in her mouth and rolls them around some, that's good, too. I don't like my balls sucked, they're way too sensitive for that. I suppose technically there is a difference between the woman actively taking my balls into her mouth, and her being passive while I "dip them" into her mouth.
