This post, with poll, is about torture as a sexual practice. Torture play is widely regarded as part of the repertoire of BDSM (bondage and discipline, dominance and submission, and sadomasochism). Torture play takes many forms.
For the purposes of this post, I'm excluding spanking, whipping, etc and wax play as a form of torture not least because I've covered these sexual practices in previous blog posts - see FANCY A SPANK? and FANCY A WAX?. I'm also excluding tickle torture.

Once I got very worried when my doctor suggested CBT to me. To my relief, It turned out that she meant cognitive behavioural therapy and not cock and ball torture. The latter, according to UberKinky, is a "sexual activity that involves constriction to the penis or testicles, or the application of pain to the genitals, with the aim of heightened pleasure."

Examples of breast torture include the squeezing, pinching, twisting, slapping, smacking, spanking, caning, flogging, piercing and waxing of a woman's breasts. Also, breast torture can involve the use of bondage rope, rubber bands, nipple clamps, nipple weights and suction/vacuum pumps.
Pussy torture, according to Kink Lovers, "is a consensual sadomasochist kink that involves inflicting or receiving pain on the vulva, labia, or vagina". Examples of pussy torture include the stretching, fisting, slapping, swatting, smacking, spanking, biting, piercing, waxing and penetrating of a woman's pussy. Pussy clamps, pussy weights, speculums and crotch rope are often used as tools of pussy torture.

As the tortured, the only torture I've had inflicted on me were ball weights. The experience was heavenly, especially as the weights were added to the harness. But pleasure soon turned to pain for me when too much weight was attached. The line between pleasure and pain was a very fine one. The closest I've ever gotten to breast torture was when I had them pierced. I think the piercing guy used too thick of a guage - they hurt like HELL for months!! I had to remove them.

I've been one to employ a bit of fun from my magic bag of tricks.

I've only done CBT once and it was at the request of the recipient, a friend who is super into it. He had a ball crusher device that consisted of two plates. I suppose that nipple clamps are a form of mild torture, as long as the clamps are not tightened excessively.
