Walking more Fitbit steps each day than your Fitbit "friends." Exercise is wonderful for your physical and mental health. We'd rather use that as the motivation than competing with or "beating" our friends. 20. People who don't give a shit about you. Again... bye, haters. 21. Is changing the game on someone not fair or a fact of life?
